Top 3 Food Pairings for Veramar Vineyard’s Pink Chicken Rosé Wine

Rosé season is upon us, so get ready to have yourself a glass of the Pink Chicken! Veramar Vineyard’s Rosé, The Pink Chicken is a delightful and versatile wine with a beautiful balance of fruitiness and acidity. This wine received its iconic name from Veramar’s founder, Della Bogaty. She wanted to design a rosé wine for people who are “too chicken” to drink a bold red wine. And thus was born a bold, partially sweet and partially dry, rosé. Its refreshing nature makes it perfect for pairing with various dishes. Here are our top three food pairings with delicious recipes to enjoy alongside a glass of our Pink Chicken.
