Along with a glass of your choice of Veramar wine, you will be served fresh salad drizzled in citrus balsamic dressing, and either a wrap filled with grilled garden vegetables or a marinated chicken sandwich, all while dining on our patio with magnificent views of the vineyards and Blue Ridge Mountains.

Visit Veramar Vineyard

Veramar Vineyard is a picturesque winery and vineyard in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, an easy drive from Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. The tasting room is open daily from 12:00 PM.

Policies and Frequently-Asked Questions

Children

Children who are under the supervision of an adult at all times are welcome to our winery.

Food

We offer a lite fare menu. Picnics are welcome on the grounds, seven days a week; however outside food is not permitted in the tasting room or gazebo.

ADA Accessible

We have designated ADA parking, and a ADA-accessible sidewalk.

Hired Transportation

We encourage responsible drinking and having an appointed designated driver.

Limousines and buses carrying groups that have made prior reservations are welcome at Veramar between 12:00 – 2:00 pm. To make a reservation, please call the main office at 540-931-5452, or email us at info@veramar.com. Limos and buses carrying groups that have not made a reservation will be turned away from the tasting room.

Outside Alcohol

In accordance with Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control laws, alcoholic beverages other than those purchased at Veramar are not allowed on the property. Individuals or groups that don’t comply with this policy will be asked to leave.

Pets

Friendly pets are welcome at the property (but not inside the tasting room) as long as they are leashed. Please remember to clean up after your pet. (Exception: service dogs are always welcome anywhere on our property, including inside)

Smoking

To protect our farm, and respect all of our guests, smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
